Please read the following terms carefully before using or hiring any recovery equipment from Fit Kit Hire. By proceeding with the hire, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Safe Use & Medical Advice

All Fit Kit Hire (FKH) recovery equipment is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if they have any medical conditions, circulatory issues, or have undergone recent surgery.

2. Proper Operation

The hire recovery equipment must only be used as per the manufacturer’s instructions provided by Fit Kit Hire. The hire recovery equipment must not be modified, immersed in water, or left unattended while in use.

3. Liability & Responsibility

Fit Kit Hire is not liable for any injury, misuse, or damage arising from incorrect operation. Customers accept full responsibility for ensuring the safe and appropriate use of the equipment.

4. Damage or Loss

Customers agree to return the hire recovery equipment in clean and working condition. Any damage, loss, or missing items will be charged at the replacement cost.

5. Cleaning & Hygiene

Hire recovery equipment should only be used on clean skin or over a barrier garment. The device must be returned clean and dry.

6. Hire Period & Return

The customer agrees to return the hire recovery equipment by the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional hire fees.
